BACH FLOWER

Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician, and homeopath believed that the key to overall health was to care for the mind as well as the body. He became convinced that most human illnesses are caused by negative states of mind (e.g., fear, stress, despair)

He spent his life exploring the use of flowers and plants as a means to promote emotional wellbeing. By 1936 he identified 38 flower essences, each one derived from a different wildflower, plant, or tree, and each corresponding to a specific emotion. The flower essences restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred, and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole

“Every single person has a life to live, a work to do, a glorious personality, a wonderful individuality.” Dr. Edward Bach – The Original Writings

“And may we ever have joy and gratitude in our hearts that the Great Creator of all things, in His Love for us, has placed the herbs in the fields for His healing. “Heal Thyself by Dr. Bach
