How is homeopathy being used in the fight against Covid spread and severity of illness?

Homeopathy has long been used as a safe and effective method in acute, chronic and pandemic situations.  Covid-19 would be no exception.  A recent study was published in the National Library of Medicine on evaluating the efficacy in the prevention of the spread of Covid-19 in a quarantined population.

2233 subjects completed the trials.  Those taking "Bryonia alba or to the CVN01 nosode signaled (p <0.10) a lower incidence of laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 and a shorter period of illness, with evidence of fewer hospitalizations, than those taking placebo."  This was the result of six pills given twice a day for three days.

The conclusion to this pilot study was that it warrants conducting a larger randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.  For now, I would consider this lovely remedy as a possible exposure measure found in most homeopathic kits around the world.
